At Amari Rae FDN CIC, our workshops are designed to educate, engage, and empower young people aged 9–18.
Each session is interactive and tailored to the needs of your students or community — blending honest discussion, real-life examples, and creative activities that leave a lasting impact.
We work with schools, colleges, and community organisations across London and beyond to deliver workshops on key topics such as crime prevention, consent, mental health, employability, and personal development.

Self-Identity & Personal Growth
Encouraging young people to explore who they are, celebrate individuality, and overcome limiting beliefs. These sessions build self-awareness, pride, and purpose.

Substance Misuse Awareness
Honest and informative discussions about the realities, risks, and consequences of substance misuse. Students learn to make safer, healthier choices and understand where to find help.
Employability & Life Skills
Preparing young people for the world beyond school with practical sessions on CV writing, interviews, online presence, and career exploration. Students gain confidence and clarity in their future goals.
Emotional Wellbeing & Resilience
Helping young people understand and manage emotions, recognise triggers, and build coping strategies. These workshops encourage emotional intelligence, reflection, and confidence in self-expression.
County Lines Awareness Workshop
Educating students on the realities of exploitation and empowering them to recognise the signs and stay safe.
VAWG & Consent Workshops – Shirley High School
Creating safe spaces for girls to explore topics around consent, equality, and healthy relationships.

Delivering an impactful session at Stamford Bridge to help young people understand accountability and decision-making.
